A team of CS researchers (Chris Campell, Tinghao Feng, Baset Hamza, Mitch Parry, and Rahman Tashakkori) held the first AppMAIS workshop at App State on Saturday May 6, 2023. The workshop was to provide 18 beekeepers in the region to learn about the AppMAIS (cs.appstate.edu) and Beemon monitoring systems, have hands-on experience, and share their experiences with the team. The AppMAIS project is funded by a NC ROI grant from the NC General Assembly.
