Congratulations to Drs. Norris, Parry, and Tashakkori for receiving a $1M NSF S-STEM grant for five years to establish the Appalachian High Achievers Program in collaboration with the faculty from Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, and Physics and Astronomy. This highly competitive program will provide scholarship funding to the academically talented financially needy students at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The first cohort will be recruited for the Fall 2018 semester.
